Life at Orchard begins with our Sunday services

  • inspiring music, multi-media presentations, and relevant teaching
  • friendly people in the lobby after the service - talking and laughing
  • your children being welcomed by caring leaders
  • your teen excited to come to be with their "churchies"
  • not having to worry about being singled out as a visitor or being pressured to give money
  • wearing clothes you’d wear to a friend’s house
  • messages that are tied into everyday life
  • a place where you can connect...
  • Regular Worship Hours September - mid-June (regular worship hours begin the Sunday after Labor Day)

  • 9:00 A.M. Blended Contemporary Worship Service (Care for infants and toddlers) Children leave for Kids Own Worship (4 years old through 3rd graders)
  • 9:45 A.M. Coffee, Tea, and Treats available in the parlor
  • 10:00 A.M. Sunday School Classes for all ages (September-May)
  • 11:00 A.M.* Blended Traditional Worship Service (Care for infants & toddlers) - Children leave for Kids Own Worship (4 years old through 3rd graders
  • *(September - mid-June; 10:30 mid-June to the Sunday after Labor Day)

The 9:00 a.m. worship celebration is more contemporary in style, led by energetic vocals and driving keyboard, bass, and percussion accompaniment. Congregational singing includes the best in contemporary praise music, specifically selected each week to reflect the message of the day.

The second service provides the congregation with a more traditional service of hymns led from the organ, with maybe some upbeat, contemporary songs for reflection, prayer, and praise.

There is always something exciting happening at an Orchard worship service - perhaps a solo or musical offering inserted into the sermon that speaks to the day’s message; a skit that supports the message in a dramatic or humorous way; excellent music from any one - or a combination of - our music ministry groups; a video clip that ties to the message; an offering by our children's, tween, or youth choirs... the Spirit is alive and well at Orchard!
